We offer a 60-day return guarantee, which means you have 60 days to request a return after receiving your item. Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the delivery date. Please note that we DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS OR RETURN LABELS. It is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs if they change their mind.

60-Day Return Policy You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return for any non-defective items. Please note that returns will not be accepted after this period.
Responsibility for Return Shipping The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we packed the item incorrectly. We do not offer free returns or return labels.

Unclaimed Items For unclaimed items, a fee of $3-5 will be charged to cover administrative costs from the carriers.
Refund Policy
Processing Refunds Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. If it is a service, the refund will be initiated within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to cancel the service.
Method of Refund Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Damages and Errors
Reporting Defective Items Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Defect reports must be made within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Refund Exceptions
Refund Without Returning the Product Requests for a refund without returning the product will not be processed. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial refund along with a store credit, allowing you to keep the item.
Undelivered Items If the tracking number indicates successful delivery but you have not received the item due to incorrect address information, we may offer a replacement after receiving a secure delivery address, subject to a handling/shipping fee of $4.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation Policy Order cancellations and changes to order information are STRICTLY accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed (if the order has not yet been fulfilled). Please contact us via email and provide your order number.
